At the closing, a new owner should receive the following keys from the seller:
- Entrance gate card(s)
- Garage key card(s)
- Lobby key(s), keys to the unit,
- Laundry room key
- Storage room key
- Mailbox key
- Bicycle room (if the previous homeowner owned a bicycle).
Any additional keys can be purchased from the management office.
Please note: If a mailbox key is not available you must call a locksmith and have the lock changed and repaired. The management office does not supply mailbox keys
Items that a new owner should receive from the management office or give to the office.
- A $300.00 move-in fee payable to The Park – 1A Association. The association will not accept checks. Two money orders, one for $100.00, the other for $200.00 are required once the date has been scheduled $200.00 is refunded if move-in completed on time and there is no damage to the building or elevator.
- Move-ins should be scheduled at least 3 days in advance with the management office.
- Stop at the management office to receive a Census Card, parking decal, and picture ID.
- If you own a bicycle, register your bike with the management office.
